Hi, I’m Beccah Graves. I’m a former athlete and triathlete who first came to yoga after an injury, looking for healing. What I found was so much more—stillness, balance, and a way of moving that supported body, mind and spirit.
After spending over 20 years in the Fortune 500 world, I stepped away three years ago to embrace a slower pace, more travel, and a deeper dive into therapeutic yoga. Today, through Breathe Calm Ground, I guide overachievers, athletes, and others in learning how to pause, breathe, and move with intention.
My classes are grounding, breath-focused, and supportive of the nervous system. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or learning how to finally slow down, I’m here to hold space for you to reconnect with yourself.
